ZENNÉ BREATHWORK: STATIC
You know the feeling well. Mind feels fuzzy filled with static. Too many tabs open. You haven't heard your own thoughts properly in weeks. The world is loud, and that noise becomes static in the mind.
It doesn't clear on its own. It needs you to do something about it. Just like the autumn leaves shedding what no longer serves them, we'll spend two hours getting Zenné & calming the static.
After the busiest, sunniest summer, it's time to transition... just like the seasons do. To regulate your system, and feel ready for what's next.
Together, we'll be exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork to tap into an altered state that can be profound, clarifying & deeply connecting to yourself, and to the people breathing beside you.
We'll be together from 10am–12pm: opening with intention, moving through the breath together, and closing as a group to bring it all back round. Autumn's golden hour, by the water, the season already loosening its grip so something new can take root. This is the same work... stepping into autumn intentionally, and ready to grow.
Beginner or well-practised breathers welcome.

This session is held by Frankie, founder of Zenné. Frankie holds a degree in psychology and counselling, is a certified breathwork facilitator, and has spent over a decade working across the mental health sector, building the services and pathways that back this work with real clinical grounding, not just breathwork technique.
