This in-person training course will cover an introduction to Zenitel Connect Pro and product features.
Participants are encouraged to take Zenitel's Zenitel Connect Pro Basic Technical Training class before they travel to Kansas City for this class.
A personal laptop is needed in order to be certified in this class.
Lunch will be provided each day. Dinner, hotel, and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.
On-demand trainings
Zenitel offers on-demand, recorded versions of our live virtual classroom trainings, to include SIP, IC-EDGE, ICX-AlphaCom, and Zenitel Connect Pro. These recording also have some quiz questions for interactivity. Participants will be awarded a certificate when all lessons are completed/passed.
