To everyone who shared their Mediterranean afternoons with me this year... thank you. You brought your real questions, your real tiredness, your real hope, and we found our zen moments together, one breath at a time, somewhere between one port and the next. Meeting you was the gift. I carry a piece of every conversation with me still. And now, another journey is taking shape. This December, we set sail for the Mexican Riviera... seven days, new waters, the same quiet work of finding stillness together. If you have sailed with me before, you already know what waits in those shared sessions. If this is your first time, come as you are. That is all this practice ever asks.
