Join Senior Dharma Teacher and practicing artist Willy Garver (Visual Arts & Sculpture) musician Matt Keeler JDPSN (Drum/Rhythm Workshop), and 5 preceptee Eva Kaniasty (Poetry) in exploring the connection between Zen and the flow state.
No previous art, music-making or creative writing experience is necessary to join this retreat. All forms of creative expression are welcome. Drawing and painting supplies, rhythm instruments, and vegetarian lunch are included in retreat fee. Bring your own writing supplies, camera, moktak, other instruments, and/or specialty art and crafting supplies. Options to take advantage of teacher workshops or solo flow are available at your discretion.
Unplugging is encouraged during this retreat. If you must have your phone on your person, please put it on Do Not Disturb for the duration of the retreat. Unless your art-making involves tech, we ask that you focus on experiencing the moment directly and without electronic distractions.
Retreat Fee: $80 Non-members in person
