Start your Sunday with movement, relaxation, beauty, and breakfast at Zen

Spa at Tropicana. Join us for Zen & Flow, a wellness morning featuring a

45-minute mat Pilates class, followed by breakfast and full access to the spa.

Doors open at 10:00 AM with JOICO and K18 sampling tables upstairs. Check in by

10:45 AM so you can set up your mat, settle in, and enjoy a cup of tea before

we begin. Class starts promptly at 11:00 AM and runs 45 minutes.

After class, every guest receives a JOICO goodie bag with full-size hair

products. Breakfast is served at noon with bagels, fresh fruit, and coffee.

From noon until 2:00 PM the spa is yours. You will be checked in with a robe,

towel, slippers, and a locker, with access to the steam room and relaxation

lounges, plus infused water, tea, and snacks.

Space is limited to 25 guests. Advance reservations required.

- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a ticket

is purchased.

- Check-in is at 10:45 AM. Please arrive on time to set up your mat and

settle in.

- Class begins promptly at 11:00 AM with a five-minute grace period. Guests

arriving after 11:05 AM will not be permitted into the class, as the class

will already be underway and warm-ups will have begun. No refunds will be

issued for late arrival.

- Spa amenity access is first come, first served based on capacity.

sample sizes of both lines and talk with the team about what works for your
hair type.
