Calling all Engineering Managers! A common topic amongst clients of ours at present is how to interview in the ever changing world of AI. Many are of the view that a coding test doesn’t do the job now engineers are expected to lean on AIAD tools, but is a technical discussion delving into a candidate’s knowledge enough?
We’ve invited a couple of engineering managers to share their thoughts around a round table and would love to invite you to join the conversation. On the panel will be:
Silky Vaidya – Global Director of Engineering @ GoStudent
Mikey Mo – Head of Engineering @ Lantern
Leonardo Giordani – Head of Engineering @ Tangram Therapeutics
They’ll solely be hiring managers in attendance so think of it as a safe space to thrash out some ideas on how to best to interview people.
There will also of course be food and drinks, as well as time to mingle and discuss the topic once the panel has finished.
