About this Event
Welcome to another Changes Health & Fitness educational event. We are excited to share valuable information and resources collected by these health professionals, based on their personal and clinical experience. We will start the evening with a presentation from Ryan Hamic, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, going over what these diseases are, their presentation, and how they affect normal daily living. Followed by a panel, hosted by Charles Pigott, going over resources, coping skills, and functioning in day-to-day life. We will be joined by Kasia Unes, Pelvic Health PT, Jacob Wooten, DC, Ronda Davis, LCSW, and Trent Ashby, DC, CSCS. This will be followed by a Q&A with audience participation, so we can continue to provide valuable information at further events. Audience participation is desired and light refreshments will be provided.
