Our experienced event staff will be present throughout the evening to help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you have questions, need guidance, or require assistance at any point, the team is there to support you.

ROOM PURCHASES COME WITH ONE ENTRY TICKET - if theres more than 1 person in your party/room, then separate entry tickets need to be purchased for them.
Those with rooms can check in from 18:00, but the playrooms etc will be closed until doors at 20:00.
Last entry is MIDNIGHT! Anyone arriving after then will be turned away with no refund!
