About this Event
Zavi's full name (Zavian) means "Bringer of Light". His stay on earth was short, but the love he brought will last our entire lifetimes. His passing brought moments of darkness and grief, yet it has also revealed deep love that we didn't know we had.
The season of spring and Persian New Year signify renewal and the return of light. It's a good time to gather to honor his life and re-integrate ourselves into our community after a long period of mourning. Through art, music, poetry, and shared reflection, we will remember Zavi and carry forward his light.
Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to settle into the space.
