Event Description
Join the Zanesville/Muskingum County NAACP Unit #3209 for our 52nd Annual Freedom Fund Dinner: Zanesville Rising – Building Power Through Community.
This annual celebration brings our community together for an evening of dinner, fellowship, entertainment, and inspiration as we celebrate our continued work to advance civil rights and build power throughout Muskingum County.
We are honored to welcome Danielle L. Sydnor, member of the National NAACP Board of Directors, as our featured speaker. Danielle is a civil rights leader, economic justice advocate, and community servant whose work is rooted in ensuring all people have access to the resources needed to build liberated self-sufficiency.
The evening will also feature special entertainment by Rachel Parker.
Your support of the Freedom Fund Dinner helps fuel the work of our local NAACP, including civil rights advocacy, legal redress, voter education, educational and youth programming, economic empowerment, and membership development.
