About this Event
You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through North Austin.
We meet Fridays at 8:20am at Gevity Social Wellness Club and head out at 8:30am for movement and connection.
Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available on a first-come basis. All levels welcome.
Afterwards, stay for refreshments (water, and healthy snacks) powered by our friends at Alchemy Organics (located inside Gevity). Short on time? No problem—join for as little or as long as you'd like.
Come carry power with us. No pressure. No performance. Just movement, good people, and a reason to be outside. That’s what we call strength. 💪
