Demo Events are where you can take your first steps to becoming a Yu‑Gi‑Oh! TRADING CARD GAME Duelist! Your journey will take you through the basics of completing your first Duel! This is the perfect introduction to being part of the community wether your completely new to the game, or maybe you haven't played for years. Best of all this event is completely free.----------
Not only will you be able to learn the game at these Demo Events, you’ll also be able to receive the following:-
A Demo Deck to keep (one of two different Demo Decks)
A Quick-Start Guide so you can practice at home or with friends
An Activity Book
A Standee to keep (one of two different Standees) after completing your first Demo

What will happen?
You can turn up to store anytime between 11:00am and 16:00pm to take part in this demo event. Demos should only take around 20-30 minutes. We have 20 Demo Decks available so once they are gone, they are gone.
New Player Steps Description
1. Once you arrive at the store come and speak to one of our staff to let us know youd like to take part in the event.
2. Player Download NEURON Players will need to have good data connection or wifi to download NEURON. (We recommend you download this at home before you arrive). Children under 13 do not need NEURON but can use a parent/guardian account.
3. We will then sign you into the event using your Nueron Code
4 . You will be provided with a Quick Guide Intro Pack
5. You will then be able to pick from the 2 decks available (while stocks last)
6. You will then be paired up with one of our staff members, or another new player (maybe a freind you've brought).
7. You will then play a demo using the quick guide reference you were given.
8. Using Neuron Decide who goes first using the Tools in the Duel section (dice or coin flip)
9. Track Life Points Using DUEL tools in NEURON use the life tracker
10. Once youve completed the demo return to the shop and you will be able to choose one of the characters that is provided in the demo kit. They can choose one either Kaiba or Yugi (ewhile stocks last). You will also be able to keep the quick guide and demo deck you were given.
11. You will then be invited to take part in the Duel Academy Session in store on the 3rd October 2026. You do not need to attend this event but you will get an invite.

After completing a Demo, you will be invited to a Free event where you can continue your journey through our Duel Academy program!
Our Duel Academy Program consists of beginner-focused sessions, designed to help you learn the game at your own pace.
Our first Duel Academy Session will take place on Saturday 3rd October 2026
