Come on a walk in the Cathedral neighbourhood to meet some community cats!This is our 2nd Annual Cat Tour!!! The Cat Tour is run as a fundraiser for SCRAPS Moose Jaw, rescue partner of Excalipurr Cat Cafe. All ticket procceds go directly to the cat rescue.
This is a walking tour, so please prepare. It is also a rain or shine event. The group will meet at Excalipurr Cat Cafe between 12:15pm-12:50pm where you can check in, purchase any drinks of snacks you may want and hang out with other cat loving people. The group will go over rules and leave promptly at 1pm. The tour is approximately 2 hours long. There will be anywhere from 9-12 stops along the way to view cats from the community.
The families that have wonderfully volunteered to be apart of the tour are mostly all new stops with the exception of a few return ones! Please be mindful of thier yards, stay on the sidewalk and do not approach the cats without permission. Some cats will only be visible from a window or porch, some may be outside on harnesses. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE TOUR. Please be respectful at all times.
We welcome you to dress in your favorite cat attire or festive wares. You are welcome to make family friendly signs as well to carry along the route. People loved watching us parade around the neighbourhood last year.
