About this Event
Students ages 12–18 are invited to join us for a Youth Walkshop on Wednesday, November 18, from 4:00–6:00 PM. We’ll get out into the community, explore how people move around Pasadena, and talk about what could make walking, biking, rolling, and taking transit safer, easier, and more enjoyable. Walking distance will be approximately 1 mile on paved surfaces and is ADA accessible.
During the Walkshop, you will:
- Learn about active transportation and how transportation planning shapes our communities
- Explore streets and transportation infrastructure
- Share your experiences and ideas about getting around Pasadena
- Talk about what’s working and what could be improved
- Help inform the City’s Active Transportation Plan
