Youth Mental Health First Aid is a free workshop that will help you recognise the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health challenges in young people. You’ll learn where and how to seek support when a young person may be developing a mental health condition, explore evidence-based approaches that are proven to be effective, and gain practical skills to provide mental health first aid during a crisis.
