Most of us want to be leading healthier lifestyles. We’d feel stronger, more confident, more capable. But without a clear direction, we lose touch with the person we want to be. We get stuck, scattered, and frustrated. This is NOT because there’s anything wrong with us or that we’re lacking in some way. It’s because improving ourselves and our lifestyles is just plain hard! Especially if we are trying to make changes that last. This workshop offers help. Instead of piling on more tips, hacks, and information, you’ll be guided through a fun, interactive experience that helps you connect intuitively with what truly matters to you and turn it into something real. The result is a personalized Wellness Vision—an inspiring and highly useful tool that will help you move forward with intention and consistency.
This is not a lecture—it’s an interactive, thought-provoking guided session designed to spark insight, produce clarity, and spur positive steps forward.
Led by Steven Mekaru, a nationally board-certified health & wellness coach, you will:
-Explore and define your version of ideal lifestyle
-Prioritize what’s most important right now
-Build a tangible, personalized Wellness Vision you can take home and use immediately
-Learn how to effectively utilize your Wellness Vision on your health journey
You will leave feeling clearer and lighter—with a renewed sense of direction and ownership over your health and lifestyle.
