About this Event
YOUR VOICE • YOUR VOTE • YOUR COMMUNITY
Join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Southeastern Virginia Chapter for two Southside nonpartisan “Meet the Candidates” forums.
Hear directly from candidates, learn about their priorities and take part in respectful, issue-focused community dialogue before Election Day.
The forum will feature candidates seeking federal and municipal offices serving Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach, including U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, City Council and School Board. Participating candidates will follow consistent rules and speaking limits, with questions focused on the responsibilities of their offices.
