About this Event
Your team's behavior style is your biggest cyber risk...what's yours?
Most cybersecurity incidents aren’t caused by sophisticated hackers; they’re caused by human behavior. In this workshop, you’ll discover how the behavior styles of each team member impact your cyber risk and overall communication skills.
“The Rusher clicks without reading. The Helper trusts everyone who asks. The Peacekeeper never reports anything. The Overthinker goes it alone. Which risks are lurking on your team?”
You’ll walk away knowing how to:
✓ Identify the key attributes of your team's behavioral style and how that impacts cyber vulnerabilities
✓ Understand your team's behavioral styles through the proven DISC framework
✓ Spot the warning signs before a click becomes a crisis
✓ Build a culture of security that fits your team’s natural tendencies
✓ Decrease your company's risk and financial liability by applying three key habits
Presented by Dan Riedell, Focal Point Coaching, and Brenda D. Jackson, CyberWise Training Solutions
