Headaches? Numb or tingling hands? Shoulder pain that won't quit? They can all start in your neck, and that's often why they've stuck around so long.

Join Dr. Christian Nelson, DC, of Advocate Wellness for a hands-on evening in Keller.

What you'll do:

• Learn in a short teaching block how the neck's nerves and muscles can affect your head, arms, hands, and shoulders
• Practice a lacrosse ball trigger-point release you can use at home [we'll provide the ball]
• Get your questions answered
