Join Friends of Sudbury Gasworks for an informative and supportive evening with three experienced speakers, covering:
📄 Planning ahead – wills, Powers of Attorney and making your wishes known
🤍 End-of-life care – understanding your options, including care at home, in a care home, hospice or hospital, and palliative care
🌿 Funeral choices – exploring the different options available and how funerals can be made personal to you and your family
There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, with the option to submit questions privately in advance by emailing [email protected].
