About this Event
You already know what kind of leader you're trying to be.
The question is whether that's what people around you actually experience.
Your leadership shadow - the emotional, behavioural and cultural imprint you leave on others - is shaped less by what you intend and more by how you show up under pressure, what you pay attention to, and what your behaviour rewards or discourages.
Most leaders don't see it. Their teams do.
This one-day workshop gives you the space, the framework and the honest reflection to understand the shadow you're casting - and to make deliberate choices about the one you want to cast instead.
What the day covers:
- The gap between leadership intent and lived impact
- How your default behaviours under pressure shape team culture
- The signals you send that you don't realise you're sending
- Emotional intelligence as a practical tool for self-awareness
- How overused strengths create unintended consequences
- Designing two specific, observable behavioural shifts you'll commit to
What you'll leave with:
A completed Shadow Blueprint and a 30-day personal action plan, grounded in the work you've done in the room - not a template you fill in on the train home.
Who this is for:
Senior leaders, directors and founders who are ready to examine their impact honestly. This isn't a passive day. Expect to reflect, be challenged, and have real conversations.
Format:
One day. Maximum 16 participants. Birmingham, 22nd October 2026.
Investment:
£495 per person. CPD accredited.
