Intuition isn't woo-woo. It's biological. Our intuition is data that our body registers before our thinking mind takes over. And when we learn to hear it, it changes how we make decisions: in our career, our business and our relationships.
In this interactive session, Ioana Vieru will explore what intuition actually is biologically, how our brain, heart and gut communicate, and how to tell intuition apart from anxiety and fear.
Ioana will share her personal story about ignoring her intuition for 12 months. She had a job that looked perfect on paper, but came with massive Sunday evening dread. Then, at a music festival, everything became clear — her intuition spoke to her and she followed it.
The session will include audience interaction, humour and a practical Body Yes / Body No exercise. You’ll think of a real decision you're facing and notice what your body does with each option. No experience needed.
We’ll also have an honest conversation about the times we hear our intuition clearly and choose not to follow it — because that happens all the time — and explore the reasons we talk ourselves out of what we already know.
