Being a dog owner comes with plenty of questions – and Your Dog Live will give you the opportunity to speak directly to people who can help.
Meet experts from across the dog world, including trainers, behaviourists, veterinary professionals, nutrition specialists and groomers, with opportunities to pick up practical advice you can take home and use with your own dog.
Expect demonstrations, talks, expert sessions and relaxed opportunities to ask questions about everything from training and behaviour to health, nutrition and everyday dog ownership.
ENJOY
At the heart of Your Dog Live is a packed programme of activities and experiences designed to celebrate everything we love about dogs.
Expect plenty of opportunities to watch, laugh, join in and create some brilliant memories with your dog.
Planned highlights include interactive arena activities, demonstrations, light-hearted competitions, quizzes, meet-and-greets, dog talent features and opportunities for everyday dogs and their owners to become part of the action.
THE MAIN ARENA
The Main Arena will be one of the liveliest areas of the show, with entertainment and activities taking place throughout the day.
From impressive displays and demonstrations to fun audience participation, interviews, competitions and inspirational dog stories, there’ll always be a reason to come back and see what’s happening next.
TV favourite Max McMurdo will be helping to bring the arena action to life across the weekend.
YAPPY HOUR
It wouldn’t be Your Dog Live without time to socialise!
Yappy Hour is designed to bring dogs and their people together for a relaxed, fun and highly social part of the day.
Join fellow dog lovers for games, mini quizzes, photo opportunities, giveaways and plenty of opportunities to meet other visitors – and their dogs.
YOUR DOG TALENT
Think your dog has something special?
Your Dog Live will give talented, funny and unforgettable dogs the opportunity to show everyone what they can do.
From brilliant tricks to unique skills and huge personalities, our talent activities will celebrate dogs of all shapes, sizes and abilities.
HAVE A GO WITH YOUR DOG
You don’t need a perfectly trained pooch to get involved.
Many of our activities are being designed specifically for everyday dogs and everyday owners, with fun challenges that everyone can enjoy.
That could mean testing your dog’s recall, showing off their best trick, taking part in a light-hearted challenge or simply having a go at something new together.
It’s all about participation, having fun and celebrating the bond between dogs and their people.
THE BIG DOG ART PROJECT
Yes, dogs can be artists too!
The Big Dog Art Project will invite visitors and their dogs to help create something unique together, providing a fun, hands-on activity and a memorable keepsake from your day at the show.
Expect plenty of colourful paws, creativity and photo-worthy moments.
YOUR DOG HERO AWARDS
Some dogs do extraordinary things.
The Your Dog Hero Awards will celebrate inspirational dogs and the incredible difference they make to people’s lives and communities.
Hear remarkable stories, meet some very special dogs and help us celebrate everything from bravery and companionship to rescue stories and life-changing canine partnerships.
MAKE SOME MEMORIES
Your Dog Live will be packed with opportunities to capture brilliant photos of your day.
Look out for themed photo areas, dog-and-owner picture opportunities, fun backdrops and chances to create your very own Your Dog Magazine-style moment.
Perfect for sharing – or simply keeping as a reminder of a great day together.
HEAD OUTSIDE
There’ll be more to discover beyond the main indoor show too, with plans for outdoor activities and experiences giving dogs and their owners even more opportunities to explore, participate and enjoy the day together.
A DAY OUT BUILT AROUND DOGS
Above everything else, Your Dog Live is about bringing the dog-loving community together.
