I am so excited to share Your Chicago Moms Group as we build community for moms in the 4th trimester. We gather to build confidence in early motherhood by offering group discussions, Q&A sessions led by a mom of three and doula, presentations from guest speakers, and connection to other moms in the same season of life. We want to celebrate your victories and offer warm advice and validation during difficult times in a nonjudgemental, safe space. No question is too silly or too small, and motherhood might not be as perfectly simple as you envisioned. We are in this together, and hopefully you will gain a new sense of self, reassurance, and a new mom friend or two!
