In this two-hour practical masterclass, we fix that. I'll map the AI tools worth your attention right now, explain what an AI agent actually is with real examples from small businesses, and then we turn it all onto your work.
What we'll do together
- Map the tools simply: what each one is good for, and which ones you can safely ignore
- Agents in plain language: what they are, what they do in a real business, and whether you need one yet
- Try it live: run one of your own tasks through
- Choose one next step for this week, sized to your business

About Rafaela
Rafaela Buena teaches non-technical people and teams how to make AI genuinely useful. She's the founder of Gigi (formerly Gut Goddess), an AI companion for women's gut health: you just talk to her, she remembers what you tell her, and over time she helps you see how it all connects. Rafaela built it using AI and no engineering team.
