Work through your goals, numbers, and lead generation strategies to create a practical plan for 2027. You’ll have time to collaborate with fellow agents and enjoy lunch midway through the workshop.
What you’ll work on
- Set an income goal using your business expenses and past performance.
- Calculate the appointments needed to reach your goals.
- Choose three lead generation strategies.
- Create a one-page plan and connect with an accountability partner.
What to bring
Bring your 2027 income goal, estimated annual business expenses, average sale price, commission information, and conversion rates if available. Estimates are welcome!
