✨ Are you aged 12–17?Are you curious about who you are, how you feel, or how to express what’s important to you?
Feel Seen. Feel Heard. Find Your Voice.
Our Writing for Wellbeing Workshops offer a welcoming space where you can explore your ideas, express yourself creatively and discover new ways of making sense of the world around you.
Led by Jemma, a poet and spoken word artist, these workshops celebrate every kind of creative voice. You might discover a love of poetry, spoken word, storytelling or journalling—or simply enjoy writing for yourself. However you choose to express yourself, you’ll be encouraged to explore your ideas in a safe, welcoming and supportive space, with no pressure to perform or share unless you choose to.
Through fun and inspiring writing activities, we’ll explore our thoughts, emotions and experiences together. Writing can be a powerful way to build confidence, improve wellbeing and discover your own unique voice.
Whether you’ve never written before or already love writing, you’re welcome. There are no right or wrong answers, and no experience is needed.
📝 Just bring yourself and your curiosity – we’ll provide everything else.
🎟️ Best of all, the workshops are completely FREE, thanks to the generous support of our funders and partners.
Supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
