About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, each adult and young baker will mix and fold a batch of cinnamon sugar focaccia dough from scratch, learn the secrets behind making soft and bubbly focaccia, and leave with dough ready to refrigerate overnight and bake fresh the next morning.
Along the way, we'll talk about how to use the overnight method to make homemade focaccia surprisingly easy for Thanksgiving morning, holiday brunches, Christmas breakfast, or a cozy weekend with family.
While the dough rests between folds, we'll enjoy a special breakfast-inspired tasting featuring cinnamon sugar focaccia served with fresh berries, whipped cream, and orange juice.
And the baking doesn't end when class is over.
Each family will head home with a complete baker's kit containing everything needed to make a second loaf together — giving young bakers another chance to practice their new skills and the confidence to make their own focaccia for family and friends this holiday season.

Admission for one adult and one young baker (ages 11+)

Additional Child Ticket
Want to bring another young baker? Add one additional child for a small fee. Each additional child receives their own apron, breakfast tasting, and participates fully in the class. Limit one additional child per adult.
No baking experience is necessary — just come ready to mix, taste, and discover how much fun homemade bread can be!
