Self Defence Class for Women and Girls (age 12+)
Join us for a practical, confidence‑building self‑defence session designed for women and girls aged 12+. This isn’t about aggression or complicated moves — it’s about awareness, boundaries, and simple, effective techniques that anyone can learn.
You’ll be guided through real‑world skills that help you feel safer in everyday situations: how to spot risk early, how to hold your space, and how to break away if someone grabs or corners you. Everything is taught in a trauma‑informed, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace.
No fitness level or experience needed. Just come as you are, wear something comfortable, and be ready to build confidence, strength, and practical personal safety skills that genuinely make a difference.
