About this Event

You, Me, and ADHD: Therapy vs. Medic*tion is an interactive two-person panel exploring two of the most common approaches to treating and managing ADHD: psychotherapy and Medic*tion.

Join Justin Gillespie, LMSW-Clinical, ADHD-CCSP, therapist and founder of Superior Center, and Dr. Saba Maroof, a double board-certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist and founder of Maroof Psychiatry, for an open and practical conversation about ADHD treatment.

Together, they’ll discuss what therapy can do, what Medic*tion can do, where the two approaches overlap, common misconceptions, and how individuals and families can determine what type of support may work best for them.

The conversation will conclude with an audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions directly to both a therapist specializing in ADHD and an experienced psychiatrist.

Whether you have ADHD, love someone with ADHD, work with individuals with ADHD, or simply want to better understand treatment options, this panel is designed to provide practical information from two different clinical perspectives.
