About this Event
Many women carry unspoken stories and unprocessed emotions within the yoni and pelvis. These imprints can create numbness, tension, or disconnection from our pleasure, our creativity, and our natural sense of aliveness.
In this circle, we will create space for:
♤ Gently softening and releasing layers of contraction in the yoni, 1st and 2nd chakras.
♤ Awakening sensation, breath, and energy to restore flow and vitality.
♤ Exploring self-dearmouring practices to invite deeper connection with the yoni.
♤ Creating a field of safety, respect, and loving presence to honour personal boundaries.
Together, we enter a journey of remembrance. Coming home to the body as sacred, reclaiming the innocence of pleasure, and awakening the feminine life force within.
This Circle is for those:
♡ Wishing to release numbness, pain, or shame held in the pelvis.
♡ Longing to feel more sensual, alive, and connected to their sexual energy.
♡ Ready to explore embodied, energetic, and tantric practices in a safe sisterhood space.
Note that while some partner exercises will be included for kriyas and breathwork, all yoni practices will be guided as self-touch only.
To ensure intimacy, the number of participants will be limited to 10.
