$575 per person, paid 2 weeks in advance***If you cannot attend the event for any reason, a credit will be saved in your account to be used toward other trainings/workshops, private services, classes, products, etc. within 6 months from the date of purchase.Attendees will leave with their own reference manual to keep.

This training is for:

• Instructors - earn 25 CEUs
• Anyone experienced in Yoga or Pilates who wants to deepen their personal practice

First weekend in November:

• Friday 6th, 12-6pm
• Saturday 7th, 10:30-5:30
• Sunday 8th, 10:30-6:30

Yogalates blends the core-strengthening and controlled movements of Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and mindful breathwork of yoga. Created in the 1990s, it offers a full-body conditioning routine designed to build stability while calming the mind.
