St Pete friends �I’m hosting a Yogalates class at Outcast Brewing Co. on Sunday 1/3 at 10am, and I’d love to see some familiar faces from this community there.
It’s a 60-minute fusion of yoga flow, breathwork, and Pilates-style core work. Expect it to be spicy, intentional, and still accessible. You do not need to be “advanced” or super flexible. Just come as you are.
We’ll move, sweat, laugh a little, and then hang after with beverage discounts �
