Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Yoga, this class is for you! Come join us and experience gentle yoga followed by a guided sound bath. Class will be taught by the amazing Phoenix soul (@exhale.with.phoenix on socials). Bring* your mats and enjoy a morning reset with us!

This class will be held on the 3rd floor of International Market Place. There is a covered/Grassy area that should help keep everyone a little bit cooler in the summer heat! If it happens to rain this weekend we will move the event inside the store.
