About this Event
Patricia is a movement educator and founder of Arc Studio, a boutique Pilates and Gyrotonic studio off Commercial Drive.
With a background in Yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic and contemporary dance, her teaching blends strength, fluidity and embodied awareness. Her classes offer a grounded, intuitive approach to movement that supports both the body and nervous system.
Her extensive experience across these different modalities has enriched her perspective, providing her a unique lens through which she understands bodies, alignment, and individual movement patterns.
Please arrive on time — we allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, entry won’t be permitted, as it disrupts the class and the experience for others.
