We’re bringing local experts directly to the Helix Site so you can move your body and clear your mind. Whether you need to blow off steam with HIIT or find some calm with breathwork, we’ve got a space for you.

- Where: The Core Building, Floor 7, Events Space
- Experience: All levels welcome. No pressure, no ego, just movement.
Meet Your Practitioner: Marianne Butler
Marianne has been practicing since 2009. She’s all about guiding you into internal awareness through movement and breath. You don't need to be flexible or have any prior experience to join her - her classes (drawing from Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha) are designed for everyone.
The "Fine Print" (Safety first!)
By booking, you’re looking after yourself by agreeing to the following:
- You’re in good physical health (or you’ve cleared it with your GP).
- You recognize that movement has its risks and you’re participating at your own risk.
- You’ll listen to your body, move within your limits, and let the instructor know about any injuries before we start.
