Yoga with HIM in New West

Join Health Initiative for Men (HIM) for yoga in New West every Friday at the Anvil Centre in room 415.

This is a yoga series for people of all gender expressions, identities, and body types.

Limited capacity: by registering for this free ticket, you secure your spot in the yoga class.

The room will open to us at 5:45pm if you would like to arrive early to set up, stretch, and chat with fellow participants.

Please note that participants must bring their own yoga mats and any other preferred props to the class. Unfortunately we are unable to store mats at the venue and the coordinator does not attend the class every week.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans and cis), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, or queer, and/or as guys who have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
