This program is implemented by the African Sports and Cultural Alliance (ASCA), a BC-based nonprofit organization representing African communities across the province, with support from the Government of Canada.
Program Structure
The program consists of two integrated components:

📍 Douglas College – New Westminster Campus. Participants will engage in sessions focused on:
• Leadership

• Advocacy
• Project Management within the Arts & Culture sectors
⚠️ This is designed as a complete 2-day experience. Each day builds upon the other.
Participants who attend all sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.
2. Structured Mentorship
Following the training, up to 25 participating youth will be paired with selected institutions for mentorship aligned with their field of interest.
