Gratitude and yoga are strongly entwined, so, really, every Yoga in the Garden is yoga with gratitude, but this month as we approach Thanksgiving, we make sure to be intentional about expressing gratitude as we practice. Kristen Molinaro, owner of Keystone Yoga, presents this monthly yoga session at Kerby’s Nursery, and whether it’s your first time trying yoga or you’re an experienced practitioner, you are welcome.
