Join me for a relaxed morning Vinyasa Flow yoga class in the peaceful Los Reales area of Estepona.We’ll practise on a beautiful private lawn overlooking the sea, surrounded by gardens and fresh mountain air — a lovely way to start the day.
My classes combine flowing movement, breath, mindfulness and moments of stillness.
Everyone is welcome, whether you practise regularly or are completely new to yoga.
