Join me for yoga at the beautiful Audley End Estate in Saffron Walden. English Heritage membership NOT needed to attend. Yoga in the sunshine, in the shade of the oaks, or if it's raining or just too hot we'll be in the shelter of the beautiful Cipriani room of the stately home.
Classes on Fridays at 11am and 12pm.
