Gather at Chemeketa Cellars in West Salem for an evening wine-d down. The tasting room will be open from 5-8 pm, with the class from 6-7 pm. Enjoy a 60 minute practice indoors during the cooler/rainy months or out on the lawn during the summer. Gather after class for post-class sips. Beer, cider, wine, non-alcoholic options and chocolate truffles are available for purchase from 5-8 pm. 🧘♀️✨ A few helpful details before class:
• All ages and experience levels are welcome! Our classes are truly all-levels, with options for every body. Come as you are and do what feels good
• Salem-area classes are donation-based: $5–$10 suggested per yogi. Donate when you register, or at class via cash, Venmo (@yogaandbeer), or PayPal ([email protected]).
• Please support our hosts by purchasing food, beverages, or other products during your visit (no outside alcohol is allowed.) 🍷🍴
• Bring your own yoga mat or towel
