About this Event
The Mindful Living Book & Practice Circle is a 90-minute reflective gathering designed to explore the intersection of yoga philosophy, mindful living, creativity, and personal growth through selected readings and guided experiential practices. Each session centers around a theme drawn from wellness literature, contemplative traditions, or creative living texts, offering participants an opportunity to engage with meaningful ideas in a supportive small-group environment.
Rather than a traditional academic book club, this circle emphasizes reflection, conversation, and lived application. Meetings begin with a short overview of the selected theme, followed by facilitated group discussion that encourages thoughtful sharing, diverse perspectives, and personal insight. Participants are then guided through simple integration practices such as journaling prompts, breathwork, gentle contemplative exercises, or short mindfulness practices designed to help translate insights into everyday life.
The gathering is intentionally designed to feel welcoming and spacious, allowing time for both quiet reflection and meaningful dialogue. Participants may attend whether or not they have completed the reading, as key concepts are introduced during each session. Guests are encouraged to bring a journal if they wish to deepen their reflection and capture insights that emerge during the experience.
