Yoga Centric’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance–certified (RYS 200) program designed to support your growth, both on and off the mat. Since 2016, we’ve guided over 170 graduates through a transformative journey of learning, self-discovery, and community.
Our training takes place in a warm, welcoming studio environment where connection and meaningful learning thrive. You’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced E-RYT instructors and guest teachers who bring diverse perspectives and teaching styles.
