Join me for a deeply restorative 90-minute Yoga + Sound Bath experience — the perfect chance to embrace a moment of calm before the Christmas busyness begins! Slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of balance, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded for the festive season ahead.We'll begin with 45 minutes of gentle yoga, combining mindful movement and breathwork to help the body unwind and the mind settle. From there, you'll be guided into a comfortable savasana for a 45-minute sound bath, where the rich, resonant sounds of instruments such as the gong, Himalayan singing bowls and chimes create an immersive and deeply relaxing soundscape.
The combination of yoga and sound offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, allowing space for rest, relaxation and reflection. Many participants leave feeling calmer, more grounded and deeply restored.
Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis and sound bath enthusiasts, these sessions provide a welcoming space to simply rest, receive and reset. No prior experience is necessary – just come as you are.

Kelly Wariner is a qualified yoga teacher with over 1,500 teaching hours since qualifying in 2018. She is also trained in mindfulness meditation, wellbeing life coaching, and recently completed an accredited training qualification in sound bath facilitation.
