About this Event
Join Karin Eklund for a Yoga Retreat Day for a relaxing day at PAUS, a Scandinavian inspired beautiful bathing space outside Cambridge. Our day will begin with a morning yoga session, followed by lunch in the Hilltop Bistro, overlooking the countryside (lunch included in the price). Karin teaches a flowing vinyasa flow class open to everyone with a minimum of 6 months experience, options for all levels will be given.
After lunch you can relax in the outdoor bathing facilities for up to 3h. Recharge in open air, wood-fired red cedar hot tubs, barrel saunas & plunge cool pool or wind down in chill out spaces, with deckchairs & fire bowls.

The yoga class is aimed at people who have practiced yoga for a minimum of 6 months.
