A journey of self-discovery, reflection, and meaningful growthYoga is more than what happens on the mat. Join us for a five-week journey exploring the Yamas—how we relate to others and the world—and Niyamas—how we relate to ourselves—as a guide for meaningful living. Each week, we'll explore two complementary practices through movement, conversation, meditation, and self-reflection.
This is an opportunity to slow down, look inward, and explore how these teachings can become part of your everyday life. No prior study of yoga philosophy is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore. All levels and bodies welcome. Please bring a journal and pen each week for guided reflection and writing exercises.
Through this series, you'll:
● Explore all 10 Yamas and Niyamas in an accessible, practical way
● Experience a yoga practice connected to each week's theme
● Engage in guided self-reflection and journaling
● Learn simple practices to take off the mat and into daily life
● Create space to notice habits, beliefs, relationships, and patterns
● Connect with others through meaningful conversation and shared practice
● Leave with a deeper understanding of what it means to live your yoga
