Yoga on the Farm with Valais & Mini Highland Cows

Looking to trade your city stress for a little country zen? Join C. Wellness Yoga and the Monterey Mini Cow Company for an outdoor yoga session that’s as grounded as it gets.

Forget the fancy studio—we’re heading out to the pasture! We’re talking sunshine, fresh air, and some very adorable, very fluffy miniature cows wandering through your downward dog. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just here for the "moo-ment," this event is all about connecting with nature, finding your flow, and maybe getting a little dirt on your mat.

• The Vibe: Relaxed, rustic, and ridiculously cute.
• The Flow: A 45-minute all-levels flow led by Claudia, designed to keep you centered even when a mini cow decides to join your child’s pose.
• Children under 2 FREE: Must be with parent or guardian at ALL times.
• The Setting: We’ll be practicing outdoors on the dirt—the way nature intended!
• The "Plus One": Our pint-sized bovine friends from Monterey Mini Cow Co. will be roaming the "studio" after the yoga session for cuddles and photo ops.

1. An old yoga mat or a large towel: You’ll be on the dirt, so bring something you don’t mind getting a little "earthy."
2. Farm-Ready Footwear: Since our valais & mini cows love to get up close and personal, please ensure you’re wearing closed-toe shoes after the yoga session. To keep your feet safe from wandering hooves, closed-toe shoes are a MUST for all guests.(no sandals or flip-flops, please!).
3. Water: Stay hydrated!
4. Sunblock
5. Your Camera: Because a selfie with a Valais or mini cow is basically mandatory.
6. An open heart: And a sense of humor!

Please come 10 minitues earlier to sign liability waiver.
