Yoga on the Course 🌿
Step outside, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in the beautiful surroundings of Ventura’s golf courses.
Join me for a special outdoor yoga experience where we’ll create space to set an intention, move mindfully, and close our practice with grounding Reiki energy.
Each gathering will begin with a quiet moment of journaling and intention setting before moving into 50 minutes of yoga movement, followed by 10 minutes of Reiki energy to help you settle, restore, and integrate the practice.

🧘 What to Bring
Please bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Journal for intention setting & reflection
- Layers — mornings can be cooler, so come prepared for changing temperatures
- A blanket to place underneath your mat is optional if grass is a little wet and may provide extra comfort
🌿 What to Expect
Our time together will include:
Journaling + Intention Setting
A few quiet moments to arrive, reflect, and set an intention for your practice.
50 Minutes of Yoga
A mindful movement practice designed to help you connect with your body, breath, and the present moment.
10 Minutes of Reiki Energy
We’ll close with a peaceful Reiki energy experience, giving you space to relax, receive, and integrate.
Come as you are. There’s no need to have a perfect practice or any previous experience with Yoga or Reiki. This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of the day, spend time outside, and create a little more space within yourself.
Bring your mat, your journal, and an open mind. I’ll see you on the green. 🌿
