Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness.
Students will practice breath work, exercises to help facilitate the flow of energy to balance the nervous and glandular systems, including meditation and relaxation.

Studio is equipped with mats, blankets,
bolsters, eye pillows.

Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
